In 2019, Parking Ninja was developed due to residents' unorganized parking situations. Daily requests fill Building Link with people looking for spare parking, people looking to buy parking spaces, and people renting out their empty spaces long-term.

It was clear that this problem required a more comprehensive solution than posting on an internal forum. NullApps began developing different ways to address this issue using a website service by conducting research and building prototypes, which led to the creation of Parking Ninja.

Parking Ninja integration allows users to connect with their building directly, preventing unauthorized users or outsiders from taking advantage of the service. The Building Link integration gives management access to a unique dashboard specific to the property that allows them to manage parking reservations residents have created. Parking Ninja aims to be the top parking management solution for buildings serviced by Building Link. It provides seamless integration, secure payment options, and gives users more control over their parking spaces.
