To find a parking space to rent, users must log in to their Parking Ninja account. Once logged in, users can click the “Find Spot” button to take them to a search dashboard. In the dashboard, users can select specific time frames and other features for their search. The Parking Ninja app will give you a list of available parking spaces.

To list a parking spot, users must log in to their Parking Ninja account. Once logged in, users can click the “Create Parking Spot” tab in the user menu. In the “Add Parking Spot” dashboard, users can add parking spot identification, level information, and features associated with their parking spot. Users can upload pictures of the parking space, set the price and duration, and limit when the space is available for rent.

Payments happen securely through the Stripe platform. Users must connect their stripe account to their Parking Ninja account to make a payment. If users don’t have a Stripe account, they can sign up for Stripe Express through Parking Ninja.

Parking Ninja does not handle disputes directly. If you are experiencing any issues relating to your parking spot, contact your building’s property manager to resolve the problem swiftly.

Residents have the ability to choose between offering their booking free of charge or setting hourly rates.

If residents choose to charge for bookings, the minimum required fee is $0.25 an hour.

Users can delete their accounts by logging into their Parking Ninja with their Building Link login credentials. In the settings section, users can choose the option to delete their account.

Please be aware that when you delete your account, any existing bookings will remain active, however, no new bookings can be created. Make sure you remove all bookings you no longer want available before deleting your account.

There is no requirement for users to share any information about their vehicle to use Parking Ninja. However, the more details a user shares, the more protection they have in case of disputes or if building management has to verify vehicle information.

Building management and parking spot owners will set what features are available for users to access during their reservation. The most popular features include EV Chargers, Compact Vehicles, and Motorcycles.
